Pokemon: Croagunk
Nickname: Grunk
Gender: Male
Nature: Naughty
Move Set: Brick Break, Poison Jab, Dig, Rain Dance
EV’s: Not Used
History: Atlas has known Grunk since he was a child. The Croagunk has followed him ever since the two met in the Great Marsh, and he enjoys jabbing the boy whenever he whines. Grunk displays some very human qualities, such as smoking cigarettes, reading comic books, wearing Atlas' clothes, and playing video games (beating most everyone who challenges him). He also seems to be quite wise, always looking out for Atlas' best interest (even if Atlas doesn't realize it) and even joining Team Rocket alongside him. Grunk is incredibly powerful, but rarely listens to Atlas, often attacking his owner instead of the opponent. His black hat is one of his favorite things, and he gets angry if anyone tries to take it from him. He refuses to be put into a pokeball, going as far to smack it out of the hands of anyone who tries.

Pokemon: Milotic
Nickname: Charity
Gender: Male
Nature: Bashful
Move Set: Twister, Recover, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump
EV’s: Not Used
History: While trekking through Mt. Coronet on his way to Jubilife, Atlas stopped to fish in one of the cave's many lakes. The first fish he dragged from the depths was a very weary looking Feebas. Atlas was, of course, disgusted by the thing, and was about to throw it back when Grunk stopped him. Confused, Atlas captured it, saying that he was doing the pokemon a favor by putting it somewhere where it would not be seen. Grunk, however, would constantly let the pokemon out and share his poffins with the poor creature. This lead to Atlas calling Feebas a "charity case", which was then shortened simply to "Charity". It was only after Atlas joined Team Rocket that he learned of his Feebas' real value. He immediately started treating the pokemon with kindness, stuffing him with poffins until he finally evolved. The once ugly and weak Feebas was now a beautiful and powerful Milotic. However, Charity wanted nothing to do with Atlas. Now incredibly vain, the Milotic did not see the point in battling for, or even being associated with, someone who treated him so poorly. Atlas was at a loss of what to do, and would become increasingly frustrated with the disobedient pokemon. It was only after the boy learned to treat the pokemon with respect and appreciate him for more than just his beauty, that Charity began to obey him. Much like his owner, Charity is still very vain, and can often be caught staring at his own reflection. There is now an almost mutual respect between Charity and Atlas, as he is one of Atlas' oldest pokemon. He grudgingly follows orders, looking very bored and apathetic all the while, and often falling asleep in the middle of battles he doesn't care for.

Pokemon: Umbreon
Nickname: Orion
Gender: Male
Nature: Gentle
Move Set: Trump Card, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Moonlight
EV’s: Not Used
History: Atlas met Orion soon after he joined Team Rocket. The pokemon was a left over Eevee from the Rocket controlled Game Corner in Celedon city. He had been deemed of little value due to the fact he was blind in one eye. The Eevee had been abused, made obvious by the several bruises and its broken leg. Atlas was ordered to get rid of it. When he approached the wounded creature, he was only met with kindness. The Eevee crawled into his lap, licking his fingers, and mewling for him. Instead of disposing of it, Atlas made Eevee a part of his team, naming him Orion after the mythical blind hunter. Orion soon evolved into an Umbreon, due to his devotion and love for his owner. Atlas was surprised by this, as he often criticized Orion for his disabilities, (namely his blind left eye and slight limp) but was pleased with the outcome. The two have a strong bond with one another, and Orion is one of his most trusted pokemon.

Pokemon: Magneton
Nickname: Ticonal
Gender: N/A
Nature: Serious
Move Set: Metal Sound, Spark, Supersonic, Lock-On
EV’s: Not Used
History: Atlas obtained Ticonal while on a mission to Fuego Ironworks. Initially he was only supposed to scout the area, but problems arose when many employees from the Ironworks asked for his help. The mission was low-profile, and so Atlas was dressed as an electrician to fit in at the company. The power had suddenly shut off, and Atlas happened to be one of the only electricians there. Trying his hardest not to panic, the undercover Rocket went into the power room to "check things out". While looking for a way to escape, he stumbled across a trio of Magnemite. Assuming they were the cause of the power outage he sent out Orion to battle them, hoping that making them faint would restore the power. Before he could issue any order, the three Magnemite attacked without warning, rendering Orion unconscious. Both Grunk and the newly evolved Charity refused to fight, watching with amusement as Atlas ran about, trying his hardest not to get zapped. Atlas managed to defeat the trio by leading them over to a large magnet used to separate iron from other ore. The three pokemon were stuck and suddenly evolved. Angry that his pokemon were either weak or disobedient, Atlas captured the Magneton, naming him Ticonal. The power came back on shortly afterward, and the mission was a success. Ticonal, however, was no longer as aggressive. In fact, the creature is very docile and absent minded. Whether it was the evolution or perhaps the magnet that changed the pokemon's behavior, Ticonal is now very odd.

Pokemon: Drifloon
Nickname: Ladyfingers
Gender: Female
Nature: Timid
Move Set: Astonish, Gust, Protect, Payback
EV’s: Not Used
History: After the near-disaster at Fuego Ironworks Atlas was ordered to camp out in the forest next to Valley Windworks, his next location to scout. Hating camping out more than anything else, Atlas did nothing but complain. To console himself, he took out his small collection of sweets, namely his ladyfingers and started to eat. Shortly after taking them out, he noticed that the ladyfingers were disappearing at a much faster rate than he was eating them. He accused Grunk of eating his favorite sweets, and went off on a tirade when the pokemon would not admit it. Atlas only stopped when he was gently tapped on the shoulder. A drifloon was floating behind him, crumbs all over her face. Atlas, being terrified of ghosts, shrieked in horror and tried to get as far away from her as possible. This only seemed to amuse the ghost pokemon and she chased after him, thinking it was a game. Atlas finally decided the only way he would be able to sleep without fear was capturing her in a pokeball. The drifloon happily let herself be captured. Planning to trade her away later, Atlas was able to finish his sweets and then sleep. While he was sleeping, Grunk rearranged the order of the pokeballs on his belt. In a battle the next day, Atlas sent out what he thought was Charity. Instead, out came the drifloon from the night before. Terrified, Atlas didn't even realize that she was just the right type to beat his opponent's pokemon. The drifloon simply battled on her own, using the move Protect to shield the still petrified Atlas from enemy attacks. Though he was still wary of her, Atlas realized she was a good pokemon to add to his team. Ladyfingers is very outgoing. If she is out of her pokeball she will attempt to greet everyone she meets. She is a bit of a prankster as well. It seems that she was abandoned by someone, as she was very accustom to battling and knew Protect, which a Drifloon can only learn through a TM.

Pokemon: Furret
Nickname: Slink
Gender: Male
<Nature: Jolly
Move Set: Slam, Flamethrower, Iron Tail, Surf
EV's: Not Used
History: Slink is the newest addition to Atlas' team. He had captured a Cacturne on a previous mission, but much like the rest of his team, the Cacturne was very disobedient. A superior witnessed Atlas trying to train the pokemon, and when the boy was repetitively snubbed by the creature, his superior offered to trade. While not initially impressed by the Furret, the superior "persuaded" him by saying that if he wanted, he could just take Atlas' Cacturne without trading him anything for it. Thus, Slink came into Atlas' possession. Lively and energetic, Slink immediately took to the boy. He also proved himself to be fast and versatile, knowing quite a few moves only able to be learned through TMs. Atlas is considerably happier with Slink than he was with his Cacturne, even when the Furret insists on licking and nipping him.
